French Roast. Sumatran coffees have long
been prized by aficionados for their full flavor,
magnificently heavy body and mellow acidity.

ABOUT THE COOPERATIVE:
This naturally processed organic coffee is
cultivated by small-scale farmers at 5000’ above
sea level. The tropical environment of the Gayo
Mountain region, in the northwestern corner of the
Indonesian island of Sumatra, produces clean
coffees with a low acidity. Our deep but restrained
French Roast lets its exotic flavor and richness
shine through in a way that blends well
with its velvety body.
