ABOUT THE COOPERATIVE:
Cerro del Fuego, or "Fire Mountain", is named for the largest peak in the region, which is constantly
scorched at the top by lightning. This coffee is produced by the AFAORCA cooperative, a small
collective of 42 farms founded in 1997.
